I was instrumental in the design and creation of The Preserve, a waterfront community on the Intracoastal Waterway in Oak Island and look forward to playing an integral part in the design, marketing and sales of our upcoming communities in Historic Southport and on the Southport Riverfront/marsh.

My real estate career with Cape Fear Realty has been on the development side over the past couple years. I have worked closely with investors and buyers outside of this immediate market to help them gain an understanding and appreciation for the wealth of this region from both a monetary and natural prospective.
